Booking and Payment

When booking a cleaning service with The Clean Club, you are agreeing to our terms of service. The pricing for our services is displayed clearly on our website, and we reserve the right to modify these prices at any time. All bookings must be made through our online booking system, or via phone. Payments for services are processed securely online.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change, and we ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost. No-show clients will also be charged the full booking amount.

Limitation of Liability

While The Clean Club takes every precaution to protect your property during cleaning, we will not be held liable for any damages arising from pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or items that are fragile or require special handling. We recommend that you secure valuable items prior to the cleaning service.
