 Booking & Access

Clients must provide safe access to all areas included in their booking. If access is restricted (e.g. locked rooms or blocked areas), that area will not be completed and may not be revisited unless agreed upon separately.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before a booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
We understand that things happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Payments

Payments must be made during the clean or before our team finishes on-site.
We currently accept bank transfers or cash payments.
Late payments may affect future bookings and services.

Quality & Feedback

We always strive for complete satisfaction.
If you have any concerns, these must be reported within 24 hours of your clean.
Any issues raised beyond that timeframe may not be eligible for review or correction.

Health & Safety

We kindly ask that all breakable or valuable items be safely stored before our team arrives.
Our staff use safe, effective cleaning products — if you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform us in advance.

Conduct & Respect

We expect mutual respect between clients and our team at all times. Any inappropriate or discriminatory behaviour will result in immediate termination of services.
