At The Clean Club UK, we aim to provide a reliable, high-quality and transparent service to all our clients. Please take a moment to review our Payment & Booking Policy before confirming your clean.
Payment is due on the day of your clean, immediately after completion (unless agreed otherwise in writing). For Deep Cleans or One-Off Cleans, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of service. Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer to our business account or Cash on the day of service. If payment is not received within 24 hours, a £10 late fee will automatically apply. Continued non-payment may result in formal recovery action and/or refusal of future services.
A booking is considered confirmed only once a deposit or full payment has been received. Appointment times are scheduled in good faith. While we aim to arrive on time, circumstances such as traffic or previous cleans running over may cause slight delays — we’ll always communicate updates as soon as possible.
Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Regular cleans cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £25 cancellation fee. Deep Cleans or One-Off Cleans cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If our cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property, the booking will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the full service fee will still apply.
We take pride in maintaining a professional, inclusive, and respectful working environment. Any discriminatory, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated. The Clean Club UK reserves the right to refuse or terminate future services in such cases.
